All Milari Organics products are covered by a limited warranty against manufacturing faults from the original date of purchase. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

- 5-year limited warranty on mattress cores

- 1-year limited warranty on mattress covers, including:

- Signature Pebble Covers

- Organic Cotton Covers

Pillows

- 2-year limited warranty on baby and toddler pillows

Bedding

- 1-year limited warranty on:

- Organic cot sheets

- Pillowcases

What Is Covered

This warranty covers manufacturing faults and defects in materials or workmanship under normal residential use.

Examples may include:

- Structural faults in the mattress core

- Faulty stitching or seams

- Faulty zippers or closures

- Manufacturing defects affecting product performance

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

- General wear and tear

- Damage caused by misuse, mishandling or improper care

- Stains, spills or unsanitary conditions

- Mould caused by poor ventilation or improper storage

- Damage caused by unsuitable bed bases or lack of airflow

- Natural softening of materials over time

- Accidental damage or alterations to the product

- Return shipping costs where applicable

To help maintain product longevity, we recommend using mattresses on a well-ventilated slatted base and storing products in a clean, dry environment.

How To Make A Claim

If you believe your product has a manufacturing fault, please contact our customer care team with:

- Your proof of purchase

- Photos of the product

- A brief description of the issue

Our team will carefully assess the claim and provide further guidance.

If a manufacturing fault is confirmed, Milari Organics may repair or replace the product in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
