Warranty Time

Milari Organics offers a Limited 5 year warranty on the cot mattress core from date of purchase with proof of purchase and a 1-year Limited warranty on the cot mattress cover from date of purchase with proof of purchase.

Milari Organics offers a limited 2 year warranty on the organic latex baby pillow and 1 year limited warranty on the organic wool toddler pillow from the date of purchase with proof of purchase.

How it works

We take great care in manufacturing our products. If you wish to make a claim under warranty, you must return the product ( at your own cost) to the place of purchase for assessment within the applicable time-frame.

If, following such assessment, we determine that our product contains a manufacturing fault that renders it unsuitable for the purpose for which it was originally purchased, we will replace or repair them at our expense.

The warranty is void if you have used the products in a way that caused damage to them beyond normal wear and tear.
