Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel confident in your purchase and completely satisfied with your Milari Organics product. Please read the following information carefully before placing your order.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

  • the item is unopened and sealed in its original packaging
  • the product is unused and in original condition
  • proof of purchase is provided

Please note:

  • refunds apply to the purchase price of the product only
  • original delivery fees are non-refundable
  • return shipping fees are non-refundable
  • opened or used mattresses cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene reasons

Return Shipping & Exchange Costs

Return shipping fees are calculated based on the size and weight of the item, along with your location.

If you request an exchange, the following costs may apply:

  • original delivery fee
  • return shipping fee
  • delivery fee for the replacement mattress
  • any applicable price difference between products

All return and exchange costs must be reviewed, agreed to and paid before the return or exchange is processed.

Cot Compatibility & Sizing

To avoid ordering the wrong size, we strongly recommend checking your cot measurements carefully before purchasing.

Cot compatibility may vary depending on internal dimensions, even between cots that appear similar in style or size.

Any cot brands or models mentioned on our website are provided as general guidance and examples only. They do not guarantee compatibility.

To ensure the best fit:

  • check the warning label located on the baseboard of your cot for recommended mattress sizing
  • measure the internal dimensions of your cot before ordering
  • confirm sizing suitability with your cot supplier if unsure

Please note that we only manufacture and sell standard mattress sizes and do not offer custom sizing.

Natural Material Scent

Because our mattresses are made using natural and organic materials, you may notice a subtle scent when first unboxing your product. This is completely normal.

The natural aroma comes from materials such as wool and natural latex and may be more noticeable due to the mattress being vacuum sealed shortly after production. We do not use artificial fragrances or deodorisers.

The scent typically fades over time with proper airing.

Due to the nature of these materials and hygiene standards, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds based on personal scent preference.

If you are particularly sensitive to smells, we recommend reviewing our FAQ page or contacting our team before purchasing.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to the original payment method. Please allow approximately 5–7 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

If you have not received your refund after this timeframe, we recommend:

  • checking your bank account
  • contacting your credit card provider
  • contacting your bank, as processing times may vary

Exchanges

We’re happy to assist with exchanges for items that arrive damaged or defective, provided the request is made within 14 days of delivery.
