Care Instructions

• Keep the pillow clean by covering it with a pebble pillow case provided or your own
• Do not wash wool core
• Air pillow seasonally
• Organic Tencel pillow case can be washed in cold water. Hang to dry in partial sun
• Eliminate odours by sprinkling with baking soda
• Pillow loft can be adjusted by unzipping the pillow core and removing or adding wool.
  (Filling can be messy as we use unprocessed wool free of any toxic chemicals. Best done over a sink or outside)

Packaging

• Pillows are shipped via Aramex wrapped in cellophane and packaged in a plain brown box. We use biodegradable HERO packing sleeves for additional protection. Our packaging is plastic free, eco conscious and saves valuable natural resources. It is another way we pay our respect to the environment. Please note, our pillows and mattresses may be shipped separately and arrive at different times.
